Over the course of the four-day IFAT Munich exhibition, our stand became a lively gathering place and an international hub for professional networking. We had the opportunity to meet visitors, business partners, and industry leaders from across five continents, resulting in countless valuable conversations and knowledge exchanges.
Recognized as the world’s premier trade fair for environmental technologies, IFAT takes place every two years and marked its 60th anniversary in 2026.
The event’s significance is reflected in its impressive figures: more than 3,400 exhibitors representing over 60 countries and approximately 142,000 visitors from nearly 160 nations participated. The key players of the industry were all present.
At our 71 m² standalone stand, Pureco Group was represented alongside our sister companies from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, and Serbia. Together, we presented our internationally recognized stormwater management solutions, as well as advanced technologies for drinking water and wastewater treatment.
For us, IFAT was much more than a trade exhibition. It provided a platform to exchange ideas and explore the future of water management, innovation, technological development, and sustainable, cost-effective solutions. 
The remarkable size of the exhibition and the large volume of enquiries received from visitors once again highlighted the vital contribution of environmental technologies to resilience, competitiveness, and long-term sustainable development.
The considerable interest shown by industry professionals, the productive discussions with international partners, and the many inspiring exchanges confirmed that Pureco’s solutions continue to be highly relevant and sought after worldwide. We were particularly delighted that numerous visitors praised the friendly, welcoming atmosphere of our stand and appreciated our unique “coffee-centred” approach.
IFAT will take place again in 2028, and we are already looking forward to reconnecting with our partners and visitors in Munich in two years’ time.
